1Acceptance of Terms

4Deposits

All deposits on pk88 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your pk88 wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. PK88 does not charge additional fees on deposits from our side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your pk88 balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• PK88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe it is connected to fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available pk88 balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method you used to deposit, where technically possible.

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. This includes confirmation of your identity and, where required, your payment method.

• Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only funds that have cleared all applicable bonus conditions are available for withdrawal.

• PK88 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been noted.

6Bonuses and Promotions

PK88 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. These are subject to specific terms that are always communicated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all pk88 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

7Game Rules and Fairness

Each game available on the pk88 platform – including Live Casino tables, Fish Games, Bingo rooms and sports betting markets – operates according to its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface. By participating in any game you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any error that affects the outcome of a game round, pk88 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or round. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your balance. PK88 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on your end.

• All game results are final once confirmed by the game system.
• Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the result, whether favourable or not.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits, collusion or any other method is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for normal human use.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen or unauthorised payment details.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly in Live Casino formats.
• Attempting to launder money or use pk88 for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing, threatening or harassing pk88 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accepting a bonus under false pretences or through the use of multiple accounts.

PK88 monitors account activity continuously. Accounts that show patterns consistent with prohibited conduct will be investigated, and where a breach is confirmed, action will be taken without prior notice.

9Account Suspension and Termination

PK88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or involvement in money laundering.

Where an account is suspended due to a breach of these terms, any balance held within the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach – for example, at the player's own request – any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal after satisfactory identity verification.
